As many of you know, we have spent most weekends over the last month and a half installing new floors in the downstairs. At this point we have finished the hardwoods (over 600 sq. ft.!) and the tile in the entryway and around the fireplace. Our first attempt at tile in the entryway was foiled due to a thunderstorm and a leaky front door. Nothing like sopping up mortar soup at 3am!! But AFTER we replaced the leaky front door with a new one and a storm door we laid the second round of tile and all went well! I know this blog is generally for updating everyone about the kiddos, but I just couldn't help but throw in a few photos of all our hard work!
Always on the go and always up to something!
